Today at 4:20 a large number of liberty activists, Liberty Forum attendees, and even some Nashua locals showed up in Memorial Park in Nashua. During the course of the event the Nashua Police, both undercover and uniformed officers, showed up and arrested a local individual of darker skin tone on an unknown charge. He has been released on bail. Further arrests were made of 2 liberty activists, David Krouse of Keene, NH, and Catherine Bleish of Saint Louis, MO for unknown charges, most likely the catchall of Disorderly Conduct.

In the last 36 hours 3 well known Liberty activists were rounded up at their work and homes. Russel Kanning, Jim Johnson and Mike Tiner have all been rounded up and arrested. Boston Police arrested about 100 protesters affiliated with the Occupy Boston movement in a swift raid on Dewey Square in the early morning hours on Tuesday.

The arrests were the culmination of a standoff between protesters and police after a weeklong protest in downtown Boston expanded into the northern part of Dewey Square. The protesters have permission to occupy the southern portion, but when they expanded into the northern part on Monday, Boston police decided to take action.

A North Texas woman has been arrested after being accused of posting Facebook photos of an undercover policeman who testified against her friend in court.
Mesquite police arrested Melissa Walthall, 30, for allegedly posting the photo of the officer, who authorities say recently testified in a drug case against her friend.
