...it appears that some of the constitutionalist wing of the Republican Party (Ron Paul supporters, mostly) — including some Tea Party activists — felt unrepresented at the previous Maine Republican Party Convention and planned to make themselves a known quantity at the Convention this weekend.

An under-reported development of this campaign season is the Republican Party's decision this week to send Gov. Mitt Romney into the presidential race on a platform effectively calling for a new gold commission. The realization that America's system of fiat money is part of its economic problem is moving from the fringes of political discussion to the center.

Every Republican candidate has had a chance to be the “anointed frontrunner”, except Ron Paul. It’s self-fulfilling propaganda. The mainstream media ignores Ron Paul because he has no chance of winning. If the mainstream media ignores Ron Paul, then he has no chance of winning. ... For example, suppose that the mainstream media pounded Obama for his connections to Corzine as much as they hounded Ron Paul for his newsletter. If they did that, he would have zero chance of getting reelected.

So many people have been seduced by 'Avatar' that lusting for blue aliens could become a part of mainstream culture.

The Republican Liberty Caucus and libertarian-Republicans out-performed generic Republicans in the 2012 election.

Building regulations aren’t going to a hot election other then maybe having even tighter building regulations to prevent people to build what they like on the land they own. But the 9/11 mosque does seem to be a hot issue with the midterms looming & well the Republicans in their usual despicable opportunism seem to of seized the mood of opposition towards the proposed mosque & they’re manipulating & exploiting it for all its worth. By taking the stance of opposition the republicans are just proving themselves religious bigots I’ve long believed them to be (other then Ron Paul).

FEEDS + FEED VIEWERS Will Replace Newspapers, TV & mainstream media

Our goal is to replace the echo-chamber of mainstream media with a media that gives liberty a voice. We are not opposed to other viewpoints and many media sources found here are perhaps more rooted in fact than a particular political philosophy.

A article on the Patriot and Tea Party movements. I believe that it shows the mind set of many of the people who go out and hold their flags to protest taxes. It also shows the inevitable co-opting of the movement by the established Republicans/neocons, along with a health dose of propaganda and fear mongering.
