Jeffries was 19 and handcuffed when the alleged beating took place in a South Side restaurant parking lot.

He is seeking to have the officers removed from the Pittsburgh Police Force. The officers beat the seventeen year old, but found no weapon, lied in their report, used excessive force and sent the teen to West Penn Hospital. Officers threatened to stage a "Blue Flu" when the teen showed up for court. He resisted the officers lawful ass kicking.

Anne Arundel County prosecutors are filing charges Wednesday morning against a man who shot Bear-Bear, a Siberian husky, at a dog park in a Severn dog park about two weeks ago.

The misdemeanor charges against Keith Shepherd, 32, of Severn, a civilian police officer for the Army in Northern Virginia, are animal cruelty and discharging a firearm within 100 yards of an occupied home, according to a statement by prosecutors.

A Highland County, Ohio woman reported that Greenfield Police showed up at her residence at midnight Thursday night in response to a complaint filed by a neighbor that there was a dog at that address that was suffering. The woman alleges that Patrolman Leeth, Badge #7, then proceeded to shoot the dog without provocation. Mrs. Whitley reported that the dog was resting comfortably when the officer shot once, then when she noticed that Ginger was still breathing after 10 minutes had passed, he shot her a second time, in full view of the owners.
