In a Chicago suburb, a police officer's own camera caught him beating an unarmed motorist repeatedly with a metal baton. -- "The victim is completely compliant," Assistant State's Attorney Alexander Vroustouris said Thursday.

Streamwood police officer James Mandarino is due in court at 10 a.m. to face charges of aggravated battery and official misconduct.

Mandarino's own squad camera captured the images of the 41-year old officer repeatedly hitting 28-year-old Ronald Bell after a traffic stop.

A police sergeant in Santa Fe, New Mexico is in a bad situation after a video caught him masturbating while he was on duty. The video has recently been released and it was filmed by the dashboard camera of the officer’s cruiser. The video released to the media does not show the inside of the cruiser but has audio that is quite steamy. The officer in question is Sgt. Mike Eiskant.

FTA: "In the video, Flint Farmer was lying on the grass between the curb and the sidewalk. It was shortly before 2 a.m. on a June morning in the West Englewood neighborhood, and Farmer had been shot by a Chicago police officer. Then, according to the video, the veteran officer, Gildardo Sierra, stepped onto the parkway and walked a semicircle about the prone Farmer as three bright flashes went off. The flashes, captured by a police car video camera, were fatal shots fired into Farmer's back, officials say.

Today, he is facing felony charges after viciously striking a man 15 times with his baton, leaving him with a concussion.

So he twisted the camera from reporter Geoff Davidian's hand, breaking the lens.
