For those of you facing the upcoming holiday travels, here’s a way to add some humor to your airport experience.

With the new TSA full-body-scanners and pat downs at several airports, creators Tim Geoghegan and Matthew Ryan have designed a special type of shirt called 4th Amendment Wear.

The tee has the privacy rights in the amendment printed on the front with metallic ink designed to show up during the scanners.

In listening to FTL daily I often hear the hosts mention articles or websites they have been to in reference to a current topic. Is it possible to provide links for these on each episodes page? Sometimes I'm not listening the day of the episode and when I go to look for a particular article it's not front page anymore and or was never submitted as show prep. It would be nice. South Australian Police ask a blogger to remove a post from his website, despite the fact the post is humor, because it is against the law to solicit money with the intent to purchase drugs. The same blogger has an ongoing email exchange with the police regarding the take down of the webpage.

I used to love wild conspiracy theories about the totalitarian police state. But now it’s hard to imagine anything the State wouldn’t do to trample liberty. At best the US Constitution appears to have taught the tyrants to be more creative in their subterfuge. These days the tyrannical laws roll out so fast I hardly have time to write a blog post on one before the next one. In fact I wouldn’t be surprised if a new tyrannical law hits the headlines before I even finish this post.
