The girl rides her bike to and from Harold McCormick School every day -- one mile each way. Investigators contacted Child Protective Services last week. They think the route is dangerous. The mother, Teresa Tryon, says she knows what's best for her child.

NOVEMBER 18--An Arkansas cop tasered an unruly 10-year-old girl after her mother called police to report that the child was crying, screaming, and refusing to go to bed. The tased girl, Kiara Medlock, is about 65 pounds and 4' 6", according to her father.

These two prisoners were "lost in the system" and could not be located by anyone, anywhere. County officials had managed to hide them away and not even law enforcement officials could find them.

Last week the parents of a Wisconsin boy sued Grant County District Attorney Lisa Riniker for charging their son with first-degree sexual assault, a Class B felony, after he played "butt doctor" with a 5-year-old girl. He was 6 at the time. When the boy's lawyer tried to have the charge dismissed, Riniker replied: "The legislature could have put an age restriction in the statute if it wanted to. The legislature did no such thing."
