Ex Tupelo Assistant Police Chief Robert Hall had resigned after pleading guilty to accessory after the fact and obstruction of justice after helping cover-up a hit and run where a car had struck a bicyclist. The Mayor of Tupelo has decided, instead of keeping him off the force, to put him right back into that position.
