German faces jail for Adolf Hitler cell phone ring tone

"A German man is facing up to six months in prison for having a speech by Adolf Hitler as mobile phone ring tone" --- Ok, so obviously the guy in question could choose a better ringtone (Rammstein, perhaps?), but is it a good idea to use the tactics of totalitarianism to stamp out the history of totalitarianism? Just sayin'.....
