The town of Sedgwick, Maine, currently leads the pack as far as food sovereignty is concerned. Local residents recently voted unanimously at a town hall meeting to pass an ordinance that reinforces its citizens' God-given rights to "produce, process, sell, purchase, and consume local foods of their choosing," which includes even state- and federally-restricted foods like raw milk.

"It is my constitutional right to be here without prior approval," Chase said to the officer at one point.

"Your constitutional rights have nothing to do with the law," the officer said.

"If you don't have a permit, you're trespassing," the officer said. He ignored Ocean City's laws before he ever filed his lawsuit, selling his paintings along the boardwalk before the ban.

"Mark is very adamant about his rights," said his mother, Deborah Chase.

The town of Vernon, NJ removed the entire corrupt town government. Sadly they choose a different style of town government instead of opting for true freedom.

Ocean City, MD is a town with alot of skateboarders that hosts the largest Mountain 'Dew Tour' Skateboarding event of the year. However try to skateboard or rollerblade to the event and you will be ticketed and fined by a 1972 ordinance. For about a week now, the legalization of skateboarding for OCMD has hit the web to bring the issue back to the Mayor and Council. The organization "Anonymous" is currently in the process of raising the funds to purchase an entire town. According to information on the site listed in the URL, the town up for sale is Scenic, SD, for the price of $700,000.00. Based off of information gleemed from the website, this movement seems to be growing leaps and bounds day by day. Leaders in the organization are currently searching for alternative energy grants, donors, and, of course, donations which could lead to business and property developments. Speaking my opinion, I will be following this story closely as it develops.

Democrat Rep. Ted Deutch [D-FL19] with Socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, who caucuses with the Democrats, has cosponsored an amendment that would be a drastic and fundamental change to the US Constitution. Last week in Washinton, several congressmen and senators held a forum to draw attention to their attempt to nullify constitutional right of entrepreneurs and corporations. The Sanders-Deutch Amendment says the government can ignore constitutional rights.

A town in Montana is on the verge of passing an anti-smut law so vague that it may make watching Cinemax illegal. The bureaucrats were so lazy when writing this law that they plagiarized it word for word from another town. The proposed law contains references to city code that only exists in the other towns' books.
