Maybe you think it's only American cops who like to indulge in a bit of mindless violence. Well take a look at this bit of film from the dashboard camera of a police car in England. The 70 year old driver of the Range Rover had been stopped earlier apparently for not wearing a seatbelt. He claims to have been reversing (when it is legal not to have your seat belt on) and thought the police had finished giving him a talking to when he drove off. He never broke the speed limit and assumed the blue lights were the officers giving him an escort home because he had explained to them that he had had a stroke and needed to get home for his medication. When they decide to stop him with a "stinger" in the road watch what his "escort" does...
