5 Agents busted in my door this morning without a warrant !!!! They broke in and search without a warrant. claiming they did need one and that the house was no longer private property.

A man arrested at a July 4 house party is charged with a count of wiretapping, alleging he used his cell phone to film the police response. Police confirmed Tuesday that Adam H. Whitman, 20, of New Castle, was arrested on that charge. However, the charge is likely to be dismissed and/or replaced with another charge, possibly disorderly conduct or obstructing government administration. Whitman was "impaired by alcohol" when he was arrested and, when the case was later reviewed, wiretapping didn't seem to be "a viable charge."

The video in the 1st post is of a man being shot and killed all withing 3 seconds of officers entering his house for a no knock warrant. He posed no threat to the officers and all he had in the house was a small amount of marijuana.

A Pittsburgh-area police officer is accused of breaking into a neighbor's home. Weirder: Officer Jason Rocco allegedly did so ... so he could wash his clothes. A local station reports that the home's owner noticed his electric bill was unusually high, given that he hadn't lived in the house for months. When the owner visited, investigators say he found the dryer running with Rocco's clothes inside.

Danville home raided in connection with dispensary

DANVILLE, Calif. (KGO) -- State narcotics agents and police raided two East Bay locations Wednesday afternoon. They served search warrants at a Newark medical marijuana dispensary and at a private home in Danville where the owners allegedly live.

The Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement, the Danville Police Department, and the Newark Police Department cooperated in a raid at a Danville home. Crime scene tape was up around the home for hours as police searched it.
