The city of Philadelphia has decided to require any blogger who makes money off of advertisements to purchase a business license.

To the city of Philadelphia, it's a potential moneymaker, and the city wants its cut.

Two Philadelphia police officers were arrested Monday evening and charged with robbing an undercover investigator posing as a pot dealer, authorities admitted Tuesday.
