WEST PALM BEACH— More than three years ago, images of two West Palm Beach police officers kicking and punching a handcuffed suspect flashed across television newscasts, embarrassing city leaders and angering prosecutors who later called the case a "serious misuse of public trust."

A West Palm Beach couple who filmed Monday morning's deadly officer-involved shooting on South Beach has accused officers of intimidation, destroying evidence and twisting the facts in the chaos surrounding the Memorial Day shootings — a charge that police officials say they know nothing about.

On Memorial Day, early morning May 30, Miami and West Palm Beach, Florida police shot an unarmed man 100 times in his car. Following the shooting were dozens of arrests as officers worked to cover-up the incident by smashing cameras and cellular phones of by-standers.

West Palm Beach, Florida, police are going undercover as giant Easter bunnies. As morning commuter traffic slowed to a crawl earlier this week, motorists saw a bunny with a sign reading "Have a safe, hoppy holiday. Buckle up!" And through the large, netted eyes of the bunny costume's large head, the cop was watching them right back, making note of who had a seatbelt on and who didn't, so nearby officers could ticket them as part of the state's "Click it or ticket!" campaign.

Former Palm Beach County Deputy Mark Dougan was a law enforcement officer that upheld the oath he took to support and defend the Constitution of the State of Florida and the United States. That’s why, according to Dougan, “all hell broke loose” when he refused an order to commit felony misconduct. Dougan soon resigned.

A raid on a marijuana dispensary in Long Beach was caught on video showing officers smashing surveillance cameras and stepping on a suspect, moves that prompted accusations against the officers of excessive force.

Folly beach is the only Beach in SC that still allows open alcohol consumption. For the past two years - at least - the various bureaucrats have been trying desperately to come up with a good excuse to justify another ban. They'll get their way and alcohol will be banned on Folly Beach, but most people around here seem to know that the kops went there looking for a fight.
