The Food and Drug Administration is working to put an end to a California' man's free sperm donation operation. Trent Arsenault, who has provided more than 350 donations and fathered 14 children through them, tells KNTV's Traci Grant he's just "helping people in need."
CHICAGO — An appeals court said a man can press a claim for emotional distress after learning a former lover had used his sperm to have a baby. But he can’t claim theft, the ruling said, because the sperm were hers to keep.

As Republican lawmakers have pushed ever more intrusive and expansive uterus-related legislation, some of their colleagues across the aisle have fired back with intentionally and equally ridiculous counterproposals. From mandatory rectal exams for guys seeking Viagra to prohibitions on sperm-stifling vasectomies, most of these male-only provisions have, unsurprisingly, flopped. But they've scored big as symbolic gestures, spotlighting the inherent sexism of laws that regulate only lady parts.

Apparently this guy had an illegal pharmacy selling medication for 1/3 the cost.
"Authorities say 66-year-old Lawrence Carl Runke, of Clarksdale, was indicted in the case last April. A Yavapai County Superior Court jury on Jan. 14 found Runke guilty of 12 criminal counts that included conspiracy, money laundering, sale of prescription drugs, possession of prescription drugs for sale and possession of dangerous drugs for sale."
