Kop Suspended After 'Professional Favor' for turning blind eye on DUI

DELAWARE, Ohio -- A Delaware police sergeant is suspended after he failed to investigate a fellow officer's daughter for a suspected DUI.
Leatherman told a police captain conducting the internal review he decided not to administer a field-sobriety test as a professional favor.
