She claims cops got rough with her

Cops begin beating someone, woman takes out her phone to record the incident. Moments after she snapped a few photos, she claims an officer grabbed her by the ponytail, slammed her against the police cruiser and pushed her into the back seat.

Oh, and the cops who arrested her?: Both had four complaints each against them regarding physical abuse.
