The Internet has introduced a golden age of ill-informed arguments. You can't post a video of an adorable kitten without a raging debate about pet issues spawning in the comment section. These days, everyone is a pundit.But with all those different perspectives on important issues flying around, you'd think we'd be getting smarter and more informed. Unfortunately, the very wiring of our brains ensures that all these lively debates only make us dumber and more narrow-minded. For instance ...

I continue to receive defeatist attitudes about how to combat the Leviathan state. Many feel that we have a lawless political class and that there is absolutely no way to reign it in outside of complete revolution or bankruptcy. And admittedly neither are very good options, both would cause much pain to many people.

This is a dangerous meme that reflects exactly what the ruling class wants, complete disengagement from the political system by the most informed among us.

Finally, a legal travesty is over. It all started on May 11, 2010 with three activists handing out Fully Informed Jury Association literature in front of the federal courthouse in Allentown, PA. It ended on September 1, 2010 with George Donnelly being sentenced to time served and paying a $525.00 fine. All of his property was returned though the video he took of the incident was deleted from his camera.
