Free Ward Bird

Ward Bird is in prison for 3-6 six years because a trespasser on his property refused to leave and he had a gun. The stories conflict as to what role the gun played. In any case no shot was fired. I have not seen the details of the incident but suspect Ward is guilty of 'talking to police'. Note in this report that he refused to take a plea deal.
