The big question is: What are the details of why the cops were called in the first place? The big lesson is: Get out of private property if the owner requests you do so, and run if the cops are called.

They are doing this more often to motivate more suspects to take the breath test and to reduce the cases that go to trial. Wouldn't it be easier to just leave people alone, or take them home if they can't drive safely?

Despite threats of big fines by state banking regulators, the owner of a Shadyside (Pittsburgh, Pa) ice cream shop who opened his own version of a community bank last summer isn't abandoning his mission.

The city council where I live is deciding whether to allow things that already exist. They voted no the first time around because the owner did't beg for permission. The council is hell bent on deciding what can be done on private property and making sure the owner knows who's in charge. Again, government fails at all levels and crushes entrepeneurs.
