The FBI entice Muslim teen, push him towards Jihad, build him a fake bomb, encourage him to detonate it then arrest him as a terrorist.

A man arrested for allegedly placing a backpack he thought contained a bomb near Chicago's Wrigley Field got the fake explosive from an FBI undercover agent, authorities say - a tactic that has been used in other U.S. terrorism cases in recent years.

In 2005, leaders in Portland, Oregon voted not to allow city law enforcement officers to participate in a key anti-terror initiative, the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force. On Friday, that task force helped prevent what could have been a horrific terrorist attack in Portland. Now city officials say they might re-think their participation in the task force.

Step 1) The city opted out of the JTTF. Step 2) The JTTF instigated a bomb plot with a useful idiot. Step 3) City thinks about opting into the JTTF.

At a Christmas tree-lighting ceremony in Portland Oregon another FBI co-produced terror plot landed a young Muslim in custody charged with “attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.”

A 22-year-old Lebanese man was arrested by the FBI for attempting to detonate in improvised explosive device left in a trash can near Chicago's Wrigley Field during a Dave Matthew's Band concert. Some have dubbed the attack a Jihadist plot, and an act of a lone wolf terrorist. But Sami Samir Hassoun did not act alone. His terror cell consisted of two undercover FBI agents posing as financiers, and long time friend who turned out to be an FBI informant. In fact the FBI were the ones who gave him the bomb, and paid him to deliver it.

THE United States has been narrowly saved from lethal terrorist plots in recent years — or so it has seemed. A would-be suicide bomber was intercepted on his way to the Capitol; a scheme to bomb synagogues and shoot Stinger missiles at military aircraft was developed by men in Newburgh, N.Y.; and a fanciful idea to fly explosive-laden model planes into the Pentagon and the Capitol was hatched in Massachusetts.

“I came down from the tree and he started to handcuff me,” Deziel said. “I pulled away, right. I didn’t want to be arrested.”

But it’s what happened next that infuriated Deziel and his mother.

“He tripped me and I fell face first into that puddle right there...scratching my nose, beating up my lips and breaking my collar bone.”

The mother of a 14-year-old boy accused of making bombs out of dry ice appeared in court Tuesday.

The woman, 39, is charged with possession of a destructive device and child abuse. She was arrested over the weekend and released on her own recognizance.

Police were called to a home near 137th Street and Z Circle on Saturday. Police found and detonated an ice bomb in a plastic bottle.
