Bradley Manning is not in solitary confinement but is being held alone in a cell, the Pentagon says. He is suspected of stealing classified US documents and giving them to WikiLeaks.

The Pentagon pushed back Friday against news reports that accuse the US military of mistreating the soldier charged with stealing sensitive and classified documents and giving them to the WikiLeaks website, calling the allegations "blatantly false."

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London and has requested political asylum, officials and WikiLeaks said Tuesday. On the second day of Wikileaks, my government gave to me: two criminal presidents.

On the third day of Wikileaks, my government gave to me: three illegal wars.

On the fourth day of Wikileaks, my government gave to me: four covered up crimes.

Is this a disinformation campaign, or the truth? Its been my experience that I'll read about breaking news via blogs or some other source BEFORE it hits the main stream media, but I first read this on CNN this morning. Hmmm.
