SEATTLE -- The teen who was captured on video getting punched by a Seattle police officer after she intervened in his arrest of her friend, met with and apologized to that officer during a private meeting Friday.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- For more than nine months, we've been following the story of Chad Holley, a teen who said he was beaten by police officers during an arrest.
Four officers have been charged with crimes for the beating, and now, for the first time in this ABC13 Exclusive, we're getting to see the video.

Parents call the cops to deal with their kid. The cop gets in the teen's face. The teen does not submit and is pepper sprayed for his noncompliance. Granted the kid is a brat and in today's world, this is obviously a police matter.

A longtime Colorado judge has been fired after issuing an arrest warrant for a teenager over an overdue library DVD.

Municipal Judge James Kimmel issued the warrant after 19-year-old Aaron Henson failed to show up in court Jan. 14 over the overdue DVD, "House of Flying Daggers." On Jan. 25, police stoped the teen for speeding and held him for nearly eight hours after discovering the warrant.
