A local station reports that the home's owner noticed his electric bill was unusually high, given that he hadn't lived in the house for months. When the owner visited, investigators say he found the dryer running with Rocco's clothes inside.

Man Arrested for Filming Police from His Own Yard

A Jonesboro, Arkansas man was arrested after filming police conduct a warrantless search of a woman’s vehicle and body who was his neighbor. Across the United States, police are adopting tactics not even seen in the worst Third World nations. Infowars.com has reviewed literally hundreds of videos which document the fact that police at routine traffic stops handcuff drivers with no probable cause and then search their cars and persons.

On May 1, Atlanta-area police showed up to the home of Nick and Lisa Messina with riot shields, a sniper and an armored tank. The Messinas had called the police because their 16-year-old son Andrew had taken a gun from the house and was threatening to commit suicide. Just over an hour later, that sniper, who was set up across the street in a neighbor's yard, shot and killed Andrew as he stood in a window at the front of the family's home.

A Houston police officer shot and killed a one-armed, one-legged man in a wheelchair Saturday inside a group home after police say the double amputee threatened the officer and aggressively waved a metal object that turned out to be a pen.

A homeowner says he was arrested for "illegal photography" when a police sergeant followed him into his own home, and he objected and took the cop's photo with his cell phone. "We did not know what he was talking about, and I don't think he does either," the homeowner says in his federal complaint.

The neighbor said they called police twice at 2:40 and 3:10 a.m. When officers did arrive, the neighbor said she saw an officer “looking in the window” of Loretta Parea’s home “then walked away.”

Police and the family of Harris, 39, have very different accounts of the moments leading up to his shooting by police inside his home in the 7700 block of Allison Road. Both agree that it began with a call for help by Harris’ wife.
