Earlier this week, the federal government announced that the Air Force might be dispatching drones to a backyard near you. The stated purpose of these spies in the sky is to assist local police to find missing persons or kidnap victims, or to chase bad guys.......

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told a Senate hearing Tuesday that unmanned aerial drones will soon fly through Texas skies!

"Big Sis" declared that over the past 15 months, federal law enforcement initiatives have made the border more secure than in any other time in history, the SAN ANTONIO EXPRESS-NEWS reports in Wednesday editions.

The new "predator bees" have the capability to fly at altitudes used by commercial aircraft, and are designed to enhance intelligence capabilities of federal, state and local law enforcement.

Now let’s bring all the pieces together.

DARPA has been funding research for the next generation of drones. Thanks to Tiras Lin at John Hopkins University, a swarm of insect-sized “Micro Aerial Vehicles” (MAV) may be on their way.

A Houston police officer shot and killed a one-armed, one-legged man in a wheelchair Saturday inside a group home after police say the double amputee threatened the officer and aggressively waved a metal object that turned out to be a pen.

It seems a little known provision in the 2005 bill authorizing the use of Predator drones along the U.S. border allowed other agencies to borrow the drones for, “interior law enforcement support.” So, now the same MQ-9 “hunter/killer” drones used for CIA assassinations in Yemen and Pakistan are being used to track down stray cattle in North Dakota… no joke.

Apparently the drones are not only used to bomb civilians in Pakistan and Afghanistan now the establishment have found another use for them , to spy on Americans , it is no surprise that the government turn against its own citizens , if you thought that your government is their to protect you and that giving up some of your freedom will bring you security , then think again ..who is going to protect you from the tyranny of your own government , the same government that have been massacring civilians with the drones in your name can turn against you any time ...

According to a CBS News report, Houston police last Saturday tried to stop a car which was missing a license plate. When the car didn't stop, they pursued it into a garage without realizing the garage belonged to the Chinese Consulate. Police handcuffed and arrested the driver, injuring him, the CBS report said.

Flying drones are starting to go down in price, to the point where they might soon be affordable. More than that, manufacturers might soon be marketing drones to the private class, as 'personal drones."
