Drug Task Force Leader Charged With Selling Drugs

BENECIA, Calif. -- The commander of the Central Contra Costa County Narcotic Enforcement Team was arrested in Benicia Wednesday morning on suspicion of distributing marijuana, methamphetamine and steroids, according to the state Department of Justice.
