Cop Shuts Down Girl Scout Cookie Stand For Not Having Permit

VILLA RICA, Ga - Some Villa Rica Girl Scouts were in for a shock Wednesday, when a police officer came by their cookie booth and shut it down. The troop was told they had to have a permit to sell Girl Scout cookies.
