Video footage of ex WWE wrestler Shad Gaspard being arrested by a group of police officers. When the witnesses try to inform another officer of Mr. Gaspard's innocence and their observing excessive force, the uniformed officer says "Well that's for a court to decide". Basically admitting that cops can do whatever they want, they aren't accountable for anything until a judge says they are in the wrong.
