Thanks to your votes Free Talk Live has now won Podcast Awards four years in a row! This year we took home the award for Best Political Podcast of 2008. FTL is the only podcast to have won a Podcast Award every single year of the contest! Our competition this year included heavy hitters like Rachael Maddow.

Free Talk Live's Ian and Mark broadcast a special television-only version of their radio show on MCAM TV-23 (Manchester Community Access Media) on primary day, 2008. Not only do we talk about Liberty but you also get to watch us do something we don't get to do any more with our national radio show: shamelessly promote a business owner for free food!

Apparently, we stirred up some controversy recently on our affiliate KGEZ in Kalispell, MT. Station owner John Stokes and his daughter and Program Director Elizabeth had me on their midday show to field call after call from their listeners. Some were supportive, many were not. Here's the archive.
