A man with a record of domestic violence was found to have violated a court order from "causing plaintiff or the child of the parties to suffer physical and/or mental abuse, harassment, annoyance or bodily injury."
The plaintiff was his estranged wife, and the violation was for a post on Facebook. The judge sentenced him to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine, but waived it if he apologized on Facebook, and left it there for 30 days.

A Muslim attacked an Atheist marching in a local Pennsylvania Halloween parade Tuesday for wearing a “Zombie Muhammad” costume.
The Muslim man stormed out of the hometown crowd in Mechanicsburg and assaulted one of the Parading Atheists of Central Pennsylvania (PACP) who happened to be wearing the offending costume. The atheist in the Zombie Muhammad costume proclaimed he was the Prophet Muhammad, risen from the dead.

When UK plumber Ian Puddick discovered his wife was having an affair, he contacted his wife's employer to have her moved to another department away from her lover. Ian's wife's lover was using his company expense account to woo her. When Ian went public with this information the result was a £1 million counter-terrorsim investigation. After 18 months held in torturous conditions the swift hand of Justice has reached out to Bradley Manning… or at least it’s waving from a distance. On December 16th a preliminary hearing is scheduled where a military judge will determine if there is sufficient evidence to proceed with a court-martial. Manning faces over two dozen charges from disobeying an order to aiding the enemy. A request filed by Manning’s attorney is going to send a lot of us scrambling to brush up on current perjury law.
