This woman (I refuse to call someone a 'girl' at 17) being charged with contempt in court for letting people know who harmed her is horrifying.
Not only is her freedom of speech being unreasonably violated to protect the privacy of her attackers, but she is also having the threat of 180 days in jail along with a 500$ fine hanging over her head. This is the perfect example of how much justice the system offers people who have been victimized.

SFO banned electronic cigarettes earlier this month and now the city is in the first stages of banning them. The plan is to fold them into the current smoking ordinance, saying that anything that looks, feels or functions like a cigarette is a cigarette and has to be banned from public places.
