(AP) WASHINGTON - A federal judge has ruled that a final volume of the CIA's three-decade-old history on the failed Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba can remain shrouded in secrecy because it is a draft, not a finished product.

This story about the FBI busting "anarchists" for trying to blow up a bridge even has the NY Times wondering why we have an agency that -- like children -- creates their own terrorist plots, "solves" the crime, and gives themselves a round of applause.
