Man gets life in prison after repenting for his crime. A Kansas man turned himself in to authorities saying he knowingly committed oral sex on a 4 month old baby. The predator laws in Kansas are some of the strictest in the nation and mandate a life sentence. While the crime is deplorable, should the sentence be lessened because the man admitted his crime to a priest and turned himself in willingly to police?

We really don't get enough stories about incompetent soldiers. Think about it: It's a real disservice to war heroes if we never give people anything to compare them to. The very reason bravery and quick wits under fire are to be celebrated is because they're rare.

So let's take a moment to celebrate some of the hilariously stupid shit that goes on in the name of war.

Should Congress and the President be in jail? According to the NDAA they should.

Watch as Ben Swann points out how Congress and the President approved funding for Syrian rebels. Problem is: The rebels have direct ties to Al-Qaeda, and the NDAA explicitly states that assisting Al-Qaeda in any way is a criminal offense.

So, how about it? Should the President and most of Congress be in orange jump suits rotting away in Guantanamo Bay for assisting Al-Qaeda?
