Drone Striker in Chief is questioned by CNN on his kill list, he claims "national security" and says he can't tell people whether or not he is killing anyone. The reporter asks him "are the standards different when the target's an American?" A former Barre City Police officer who allegedly stole a neighbor’s new television last year, and then tossed it into the Winooski River, was sentenced to imprisonment, according to a news release Thursday from the Vermont Office of the Attorney General.
Zak Winston a Montpelier resident, was convicted in May for felony unlawful trespass, misdemeanor unlawful mischief and misdemeanor resisting arrest.
After a contested sentencing hearing Thursday, Winston will serve a 60-day prison sentence.

Chris was in court to defend himself against a red light ticket and tried to motion the court to dismiss the case based on not just one, but many constitutional arguments. Upon Chrisâ?? motion to have a jury trial under the seventh amendment, the judge said that the seventh amendment only applied to criminal cases.
Read more »Rodney Dwayne Valentine, originally landed in jail after being charged with injury to personal property. Upon release, Valentine asked officers to give him a lift to a motel nearby. When they declined, he refused to leave, according to a country sheriff’s news release. After several hours passed and Valentine still remained, Deputies suggested he take a cab, he refused. Officials gave him repeated warnings that he had to leave. At 1 p.m. deputies arrested Valentine, charged him with second degree trespassing and tossed him back in the clink.

TRAVERSE CITY, MI — Video of two northern Michigan men being subdued and arrested in a National Cherry Festival crowd by Traverse City police this week has sparked a debate about whether officers went over the line in their duties. The Traverse City Record-Eagle reports that two brothers from Garfield Township were arrested Wednesday evening, July 11, after police said one of them tried to incite a riot on the Union Street bridge downtown.

A group of Sydney police officers just how great they are. After being called to a bus for a man who was too slow in showing a transit officer (not an actual cop, but a ticket checker essentially) his bus ticket, police decide to use a tazer on a man who made a smart comment. While in court for the incident, the group of police all collaborated and lied about the incident. What they didn't realize was that a passenger on the bus was video taping the whole thing.

Read more »According to the Dallas Morning News, on Monday afternoon a Fort Worth police officer used his Taser to subdue a 19-year-old man dressed as "Lady Liberty" when he refused to comply with an order. Liberty was allegedly standing on a median, soliciting customers for Liberty Tax Services. Attempting to gain control of [Liberty], the arresting officer shot him in the small of his back, which allegedly had no effect. He was tased a second time in the forehead and below his left ear before police could place him under arrest.
