City says cops had no duty to protect subway hero who subdued killer

http://www.nypost.com

He says he put his life on the line to stop a killer — and claims cops sat back and watched. But city lawyers are arguing that the police had no legal duty to protect Joseph Lozito, the Long Island dad stabbed seven times trying to subdue madman Maksim Gelman — a courtroom maneuver the subway hero calls “disgraceful.” A judge is currently deciding whether Lozito, who sued the city last year for failing to prevent the attack, will get his day in court.

Why Police Officers Lie Under Oath

http://www.nytimes.com

“Police officer perjury in court to justify illegal dope searches is commonplace. One of the dirty little not-so-secret secrets of the criminal justice system is undercover narcotics officers intentionally lying under oath. It is a perversion of the American justice system that strikes directly at the rule of law. Yet it is the routine way of doing business in courtrooms everywhere in America.”

Is DHS Training to Make Shooting Civilians Easier? - Reason Magazine

http://reason.com

"What if I told you police in your town could desensitize themselves to the idea of shooting a (armed) child, pregnant woman, or young mother, for just a couple of bucks? The "No More Hesitation" series from Law Enforcement Targets Inc. offers exactly that." This coupled with billions of rounds of hollow point pistol ammo... Makes one wonder....

DHS practices shooting pregnant women, elderly, and children with guns

http://www.naturalnews.com

Life like targets of children, elderly, and pregnant women are used to train DHS employees to shoot American citizens. They depict pregnant women, old men, old women, children and even young moms with guns. The purpose of the targets, according to the company that sells them, is to "eliminate any hesitation" that U.S. government employees might normally feel in shooting to kill pregnant women, children and old men. (I'm not making this up. The government's plan to murder Americans is now right out in the open...)

Every American could be arrested for the drugs made by their own brain

http://www.naturalnews.com

Federal law: Every living American can be arrested right now for felony possession of drugs made in their own brains
If you are reading this, you are guilty of felony possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.

This is not a joke.

You, like everyone else who is alive and breathing, can be arrested right now by the U.S. federal government, charged with felony possession, then proven "guilty" of that possession because you do possess a Schedule I substance in your own brain.

Officially classify the LAPD as a domestic terrorist organization

http://wh.gov

The LAPD has opened fire on random innocents and purposefully set a cabin on fire killing an unknown occupant. These acts combined with their complete disregard for Public Safety or Rule of Law more than qualifies them as a Terrorist Organization, and they should be officially recognized and classified as such

New Orleans cops rough up teens then just walk away

http://www.fox8live.com

"We were just sitting there laughing and out of nowhere, I saw two guys grab Ferd," says Newman. "All of a sudden, I'm on the wall. A whole bunch of people just came up and threw me up against the wall," says Hunt. Those people were plain clothes law enforcement officers, nine of them State Troopers and one NOPD officer. The two young men were taken down to the ground. Hunt's mother does approach and the two young men are allowed to get up. Not long after releasing the two men, the plain clothes officers simply walked away.

Proposed WA gun law calls on police to inspect homes of gun owners

http://www.theblaze.com

Now, Democratic lawmakers in Olympia, Wash. last week introduced legislation that would allow county sheriffs to inspect the homes of semi-automatic rifle owners once a year. Seattle Times columnist Danny Westneat describes the move as “Orwellian.”

I work with a "conservative" reserve deputy sheriff, he says that he would inspect home if the sheriff instructed him to, because it is, after all, the law. I asked him if he remembered much about the stamp act. He just looked at me with utter confusion.

Homeland Security and its cache of bullets.

http://news.yahoo.com

Online rumors about a big government munitions purchase are true, sort of.

The Homeland Security Department wants to buy more than 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition in the next four or five years. It says it needs them — roughly the equivalent of five bullets for every person in the United States — for law enforcement agents in training and on duty.

TN Cops Harass Old Lady, Mistaking Buckeye Bumper Sticker for Pot Leaf

http://reason.com

Last week, the former president of the Dallas-Fort Worth Ohio State Alumni Club was pulled over in Tennessee while driving from her mother-in-law's funeral in Ohio back to Texas. The reason? Tennessee police mistook the Buckeyes sticker on her ride for a pot leaf sticker, and thought it meant she was trafficking drugs (because people do that).
