Retiree's rental cottage legal since 1976 deemed illegal

http://www.montereyherald.com

Milligan said the year her guest cottage was remodeled — 1975 — her neighborhood was zoned R-2, allowing duplexes. http://ij.org

In an interview with the Buffalo News, Pete was outraged: “The way we've been treated, I can't say it's anything other than being bullied.” In addition, he actively tried to comply with all the relevant paperwork before he started selling.
