<title>PA Walmart stores getting (CCTV) breathalyzing wine vending machines</title>
 <link>http://www.freetalklive.com/content/pa_walmart_stores_getting_cctv_breathalyzing_wine_vending_machines</link>
<description>&lt;p&gt;PA Liquor Control Board has given Walmart preliminary approval to sell liquor in the state, even though grocery stores cannot legally sell alcohol.
