Noticing the commotion, he mistook the police for burglars and opened fire.</p> <p>5 police officers were injured, and one was killed. Matthew David Stewart suffered non life threatening injuries and is currently in a hospital.</p> <p>Matthew was believed to be in possession of a marijuana plant which he owned for personal use.
