Unlawful and deceptive police officers,and other governments are perpetuating an organized "racket" to harass local law abiding citizens through traffic enforcement. How these entities use traffic enforcement as a means to unlawfully "tax" citizens and generate revenue through traffic citations to make up for failing budgets. This is even more important now than ever because of the failing economy. I am a former police officer and police instructor and have been on the show before. What I know and talk about I know from the inside, first hand.

Citing costs and safety issues, the Police Commission votes to shut the cameras down. Unless the City Council intervenes, their use at 32 intersections could end within weeks.

The Dallas Police Department plans to use 50 E-ticket gadgets in a test program involving motorcycle officers because statistically they write more tickets than other patrol officers.

The Missouri Department of Transportation has put the brakes on any more red-light cameras on state highways.

FAIRFAX, Va. - A new system that's supposed to reduce paperwork and instantly allow police in Fairfax County to share isn't quite working as it should.
Fairfax County Police officers are writing fewer tickets because the system is cumbersome and time-consuming.
