 <title>Soda pop tax didn&#039;t change behavior: fail</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;States that put a &quot;sin&quot; tax on soda pop products, have found that child obesity rates haven&#039;t changed; at all.&lt;br /&gt;
Looks like they&#039;ll just have to make the tax higher. Turns out, taxes don&#039;t automatically change behavior.&lt;/p&gt;
