CONCORD – New Hampshire voters will be able to decide whether they want to prohibit an income tax at the November general election after both the House and Senate today approved CACR 13.

The House approved CACR 13 by the necessary three-fifths majority to
place the question on the November ballot. The House vote was 256-110.

In the Senate, the vote was 19-4.

Bigfoot stepped up with a lawsuit, alleging that the park’s permit regulations are unconstitutional. The New Hampshire Supreme Court next month will hear Doyle’s complaint.

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire - A grandmother with a baseball bat and strong family values protected her sleeping grandson this past Sunday when she found a naked man in her home eating her food.

At 70-years-young, the woman, only identified as "Bonnie," told various news outlets that there is nothing she wouldn't do to protect her family.

“Nobody hurts my family. I don't care who you are. I will go after you,” Bonnie told NECN following the incident.

New York Is The Least Free State, Study Finds (VIDEO)

New York isn't North Korea, but it's the closest thing you'll find in the U.S. -- at least according to a new report from a libertarian think tank.

A Mercatus Center study has pegged New York as the country's "least free" state, 49 slots behind "Live Free or Die" New Hampshire. Its authors gave the state particular abuse for its taxes, "by far the highest" in the country, according to their methodology.

True to their libertarian ways, however, they also said that New York would have scored higher if it had legalized gay marriage.
