Christopher Dorner, a LAPD officer who was fired for making "false statements" about a brutal police beating, has gone on a mission of revenge to take out all officers involved as well as their families. He has so far killed three officers as well as the daughter of another. There is a massive manhunt for him that resulted in the police shooting of two women who were delivering newspapers using a truck similar to the one owned by Officer Dorner. His manifesto describes heinous police corruption.

Revenge is a tricky thing. On the one hand, when you've been wronged, it's human nature to seek some kind of personal restitution. On the other hand, it's also human nature to not want to appear to be a scorned maniac who pees in coffee pots and slashes tires every time a fast food restaurant screws up your order. It's a fine line.

At 4:30am, Aaron Titus answered the phone halfway into the second ring, listening in disbelief to an automated caller tell him what he already knew: It was a snow day. School would open two hours late. In other words, he and his family could sleep. But now he couldn't.
So he found a robocall company online, taped a message and listed every phone number he could find for nine school board members. And, at 4:30 a.m. the next day, phones began ringing with 29 seconds of automated, mocking objection.
