Officials say Tomlinson later viewed the videos with the victims before destroying them. Tomlinson was named head of the Fredricktown department in April 2009 after serving as a patrol officer since 1997. He was also a scout leader for the local Boy Scouts of America in Fredricktown until his arrest in January 2010.
