Investigators said Valeria Alvarado ran down the agent with her car as border patrol agents were in a Chula Vista neighborhood to serve a felony warrant on Friday.
The agent said he had no choice but to defend himself and fired at Alvarado get her to stop the car. Alvarado was hit by five bullets.
According to eye witnesses, the shooting left the mother of five with bullet holes in her face, arms, and chest.

Clark allegedly fired the spray from 12 inches away using a JPX device, which shoots spray at speeds of 400 miles per hour and is supposed to be used at a minimum distance of five feet. Clark's attorney Kasey Castillo released a statement to KTLA saying her client quote: "is remorseful but innocent."

This again comes via a social media site for cops, with lots of comments by other cops. It's pathetic and rife with remarkable quips. The big question is: What are the details of why the cops were called in the first place? The big lesson is: Get out of private property if the owner requests you do so, and run if the cops are called.

An article I wrote for Cop Block (copblock.org) about a recent police shooting in Phoenix where a cop who killed a man was arrested on the testimony of his partner. Police Union bailed shooter out. His partner and accuser is not a union member (Arizona is a 'right to work' state where there are no closed shops, even in government).
