 <title>Cash no longer accepted for payment for government services</title>
 <link>http://www.freetalklive.com/content/cash_no_longer_accepted_payment_government_services</link>
 <description>&lt;p&gt;Discovery Bay government will no longer accept cash in payment of all services including water bills and park reservations. Its for the concern of public employees who are at threat from thieves. Of course there never has been an incident of such a threat. Of course it is also mentioned that some people have been using cash to remain anonymous when requesting public records. The local government wants to know who is requesting public documents. This is most likely the real reason. It received four public information requests anonymously last fall.&lt;/p&gt;
