Riverside County Sheriff's deputies pepper sprayed and beat a grandfather to death as he waited to pick up his granddaughter from Norco High School, the family claims in court. The Katzes claim Warburg and others pepper-sprayed and beat Dennis Katz to death on Sept. 22, 2011. He died early the next day. He was 68. They say the grandpa was parked legally on Norco High School property, waiting to pick up his granddaughter, when "RCSD deputies arrived and began to question Mr. Katz while he was seated within his vehicle. He was then ordered to exit the vehicle for unknown reasons."

LAPD pull over this 34 year old registered nurse and mother for talking on her cell phone and then proceed to body slam her on the ground twice. Once while she was handcuffed. These two beacons of the community then share a celebratory fist bump after they stuff their victim into the back of the squad car. A St. Paul, Minnesota family claims in a lawsuit that police officers who conducted a wrong-door raid on their home shot their dog, and then forced their three handcuffed children to sit near the dead pet while officers ransacked the home. The lawsuit, which names Ramsey County, the Dakota County Drug Task Force, and the DEA, and asks for $30 million in civil rights violations and punitive damages after a wrong-door raid, also claims that the officers kicked the children and deprived one of them of her diabetes medication.

"I felt pain," Gregory Jeffries testified Thursday during the first day of the trial of Sgt. Edward Howard Jr. on charges of aggravated battery and official misconduct. Jeffries was 19 and handcuffed when the alleged beating took place in a South Side restaurant parking lot.
