A town in Arkansas's mayor is planning on having cops in SWAT uniforms walking the street and stopping people walking and asking for ID.

they where dealing with the drug war.. but it goes to show what happens when cops talk out.

Police say they were in the process of arresting Jordan M. McLean on a warrant when they decided to search his pockets. According to an arrest report, they found a single donut wrapped in a tissue in one of his pockets. Police say McLean told them he had just bought the donut while in Thorntons, but the officer spoke with the store clerk who allegedly told police, "she had not sold any pastries." The donut was "not recoverable" according to police. McLean was arrested for misdemeanor theft.
