Finally, a legal travesty is over. It all started on May 11, 2010 with three activists handing out Fully Informed Jury Association literature in front of the federal courthouse in Allentown, PA. It ended on September 1, 2010 with George Donnelly being sentenced to time served and paying a $525.00 fine. The hearing started at 10:30am in Allentown, PA. Attending the hearing were George's wife, his son, and myself. He was represented by Paul Hetznecker, the attorney that won the acquittal of the protesters arrested at the Army Experience Center at the Franklin Mills Mall in Philadelphia, PA. Things went well with the judge describing the charges that he is now facing as "petty offenses".Read more »
