I have been reading up on the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), a legislation powerhouse responsible for laws such as the Voter ID legislation that we are dealing with here in PA. Evidently, the Legal firm representing Big Media threatened to double the fine of anyone who tries to defend themselves. Is this not the definition of Extortion?
