Freedom of religion is the most powerful constitutional protection left in America. It is on a collision course with the contraception mandate in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). The mandate requires employers with more than 50 workers to provide health plans that include contraceptives and abortion-inducing drugs.

Walmart's New Health Care Policy Shifts Burden To Medicaid, Obamacare: Walmart, the nation’s largest private employer, plans to begin denying health insurance to newly hired employees who work fewer than 30 hours a week, according to a copy of the company’s policy obtained by The Huffington Post. Under the policy, slated to take effect in January, Walmart also reserves the right to eliminate health care coverage for certain workers if their average workweek dips below 30 hours -- something that happens with regularity and at the direction of company managers.

Republican candidate Mitt Romney has made a major pitch to black voters, with a heavy emphasis on the economy, but was booed upon criticising President Barack Obama and promising to get rid of the administration's health care overhaul. Democrats said on Wednesday that Romney was making a statement just by speaking to the annual meeting of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the oldest US civil rights group.

"If they can force you to engage in commercial transactions, they can force you to do almost anything," Stated Paul Clement who represented the several states and private companies that filed a lawsuit over the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. This act is also known as Obamacare to the majority of people. The lawsuit is challenges the federal government’s position to mandate the purchase of healthcare insurance on all citizens in the United States. The Supreme Court heard this case in March of 2012 and we will find out their decision in the summer of 2012.

From the time the law known as Obamacare was introduced in 2009, there has been some debate over the federal mandate that individuals must own a health insurance policy that has federal approval. More recently the debate has centered around a provision mandating employers not only provide health insurance for their employees, but that employers must provide health insurance that covers contraception and abortifacient coverage. However, like almost all debates in this country, only two sides being discussed.

NH gave $666,000 back to the FedGov "for debt reduction"
NH citizens shall not be required to obtain health care coverage
NH now has a commission that has to approve any related new "administrative" changes before any NH bureaucracy adopts them.
