The LA school system has banned flavored milk because it leads to obesity when consumed in large quantities (and without proper exercise). Of course, LA school system's 'food police' have already taken action against other foods it deems inappropriate and recently banned 'junk food' from any LA school campus.

Lincoln and Cecilia Rogers say their dreams came true when baby Lilia was born healthy just a week ago. But they describe a nightmare in getting her home from Summerlin Hospital.

The state of New Jersey has separated a healthy newborn baby (now aged 3) from her mother because the mother refused to pre-consent to a C-section that no doctor decided was necessary. Now, after three years of court battles, the state decided that the child's welfare was never in danger.
